Here at Gray Duck Candle Company, we believe in providing our local booster clubs, PTOs, and fundraising organizations with a candle program that fits the size of their flock.
Our fundraising candle program offers fundraising organizations the opportunity to fly together, creating their own custom-printed lids and labels tailored to their brand utilizing our various label families: Animal Friends, Hockey Biscuits, and Minnesota Ducks.
We provide a comprehensive service that includes everything from scent selection and graphic design, to production and quality control. This allows organizations to offer locally produced, unique, high-quality candles without pre-purchasing requirements or high minimum order quantities.

Who can do a Gray Duck Candle Co. Fundraiser?
Essentially anyone!
Our goal is to help schools, sports teams, music programs, school clubs, churches, preschools, nonprofits, specific causes, memorial funds, fertility fundraisers, and more!
We love supporting the important work that you all are doing to make our community a better place!
How many candle lines and candle can we offer?
Typically, to reduce confusion for your sales team and their contributors, you select one candle line (Animal Friends, Hockey Biscuits, or Minnesota Ducks) and provide your logo and event information for label and lid customization.
Each candle line comes with eight (8) standard scents all simplified to a specific color for ease of ordering.
For four (4)-candle gift boxes, we provide three options: Sweet & Fruity, Earthy & Woodsy, and a Mixed Flock that contains two from each of the other boxes.
What color are your candles?
Our candles are dye-free, so they are a creamy white color.
We do not dye our candle waxes because the odor-neutralizing enzyme can affect the color pigments over time.
Do you have a minimum candle order?
Yes! One (1) candle minimum!
We will make whatever your sell!
For ease of shipping, our individual candle boxes hold twelve (12) candles, so we would prefer orders come in units of twelve, if possible.
How much do we keep per candle sold?
Up to 50% Profit.
You can earn up to 50% of the profits from every candle sold. We establish a simple per candle cost and will recommend a suggested selling price to maximize your fundraising efforts for your target community of contributors.
It’s a simple and lucrative way to meet your fundraising goals.
How do we pay?
We will invoice you at the end of your fundraiser based on your order submission and include any shipping charges and taxes (if not exempt).
You will need to submit payment within one week after invoicing and can pay with one check made out to Gray Duck Candle Co., cash, credit card (3% fee), or app payment (2% fee) through PayPal or Venmo.
How to we receive our orders?
Most orders are delivered to a centralized distribution point that you determine during the ordering process. We will email you when your candles are completed and provide tracking information.
Our candles are all hand-poured and hand-labeled, so they are made to order which is why we require two weeks to complete them and one week to ship.
We prefer bulk shipping of all of your orders and then your sales team delivers them to their contributors. However, we understand that some contributors are family and friends that are out of state and might need their candles shipped directly to them. We can arrange that with you for a small shipping fee to help offset the cost to us.
You can get free bulk shipping for orders of 120 or more individual candles and orders of 40 or more 4-candle gift boxes, or a mix of the two. For orders less than that, the shipping fee is a flat $75.
