Here at Gray Duck Candle Company, we believe in providing our business neighbors, boutiques, groomers, and pet spaces with a co-branded candle program that fits the size of their flock.

Our B2B Wholesale candle program offers businesses the opportunity to fly together, creating their own custom-printed lids and labels tailored to their organization.

We provide a comprehensive service that includes everything from scent selection and graphic design, to production and quality control. This allows organizations to offer unique, high-quality candles without the need for an in-house manufacturing facility, candle-making expertise, or high minimum order quantities.

We are honored to partner with hotels, event venues, designers, corporate gifting programs, and commercial projects. To ensure smooth fulfillment and protect both parties, the following policies apply to large commercial orders.

Commercial & Bulk Orders

Order Minimums

Commercial pricing and production scheduling apply to bulk orders of 250+ units or $2,500+.

Payment Terms

For first-time commercial customers, payment must be completed via:

  • ACH (Verified Business Credentials)
  • Domestic bank wire transfer

We do not process large first-time commercial orders via credit card.

All funds must be fully received and cleared prior to production scheduling or shipment.

Shipping

We ship commercial orders through our established carrier partners:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Approved LTL freight providers

If you prefer to arrange your own freight:

  • Your carrier may contact us directly to schedule pickup
  • We will provide pickup details and a commercial invoice once payment has cleared
  • Carrier must provide valid insurance and DOT information

We do not forward shipping payments to third-party freight companies.

Production Timing

Lead times vary depending on order size and customization level. Production timelines begin after cleared payment is received.

To protect our customers and our business, Gray Duck Candle Co. reserves the right to decline orders that do not align with our payment and shipping policies.

Our pet friendly candle line, Animal Friends, gets your grooming business or veterinarian clinic a spot on your pet owner's couch and a repeated purchases between appointments*.

Some great opportunities include creating lids with your company's logo, or create a circular frame with your company information and add a photo of your customer's pet to the lid.

*Candles may burn surfaces like couches and fluffy pet beds and should be used on hard surfaces like tables, counters, and window sills (unless it's your cat's favorite window).
